隱私權政策 (Privacy Policy)

[Privacy Policy] [BEGIN] [Last Update: 2026/05/27]

[Terms of Service] (Important!)

Use of the Applications is governed by our Terms of Service / EULA. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms:
https://shentienlin.blogspot.com/2025/12/terms-of-service-end-user-license.html

[Policy Scope]

All of our apps published by the author Frank Lin (STL happy Studio) are compliant with the following privacy policy:

1. Our apps make full use of the development tools provided by Google, and do not use any third-party development platform.

2. When you choose to contact us via email, the App may populate a draft email with technical information (App version, Device OS, etc.) to help us debug. This data is only sent if you actively send the email, and you can delete these details before sending. Specific data includes:
a. App Name or Package Name
b. App version code
c. Device locale
d. Device SDK

3. Third-party services used:
Our apps use Google AdMob for advertisement and Firebase for app performance monitoring and stability reporting (Crashlytics). AdMob may collect advertising IDs to provide personalized ads. For more information on Google's data collection policies, please visit:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

4. Permissions required by our apps:
(Note: Not all permissions apply to every app. Permission requests depend solely on the specific features you activate within the App.)
- Internet access (INTERNET): Necessary for ads and cloud synchronization.
- Network state (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): To check network connection.
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): For reminders or status updates.
- Alarms (SET_ALARM): For system alarms or timers.
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used only when the user triggers recording.
- Location (ACCESS_FINE/COARSE_LOCATION): Used only for location-based features.
- Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): For specific essential app features.

5. App Permissions and Usage
- Google Drive Access:
Our App "DaySchedule" utilizes Google Drive API to provide cloud synchronization. We only access files created or opened within the App. We do not perform any background data reading or access your entire Google Drive storage (Scope: DRIVE_FILE).
We do not use these permissions to collect data for any purpose other than the stated feature.

6. Rights of Users (GDPR/CCPA)
Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Since we do not store user data on our servers, most data management is done directly on your device. For advertising data, you can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.

7. Data Deletion (for DaySchedule and other apps)
- Developer Information:
All applications mentioned in this policy, including "DaySchedule", are developed and published by Frank Lin (STL happy Studio).
- How to request data deletion:
As our apps do not maintain a central server for your personal data, you maintain direct control over your information. To delete your data for "DaySchedule" or other apps:
a. Local Data: You can uninstall the application from your device, which removes all local data.
b. Cloud Backup (DaySchedule only): Since backup files are stored in your private Google Drive, we cannot access or delete them for you. To delete your backup, open your Google Drive, locate the folder or file named "DaySchedule" (or similar app-related names), and delete it manually.
- Data Retention:
We do not retain user data on our own servers. Once local data or cloud backups are deleted by the user, the data is permanently removed from your device or cloud storage.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
